The ASICS ILARGI FF II Tabi is a lightweight, everyday silhouette balancing performance lineage with casual utility, offering a natural, precise fit through its split-toe construction inspired by traditional Japanese rubbersoled work boots. Referencing original ASICS Tiger marathon uppers, the design merges historic Tabi function with modern MetaSpeed-style fabrication, refined paneling, and breathable materials. The sculpted sole blends classic ASICS Tabi texture motifs with track-and-field line work, delivering visual depth and responsive cushioning in equal measure. Constructed with a rubber and EVA midsole/outsole combination for flexibility, grip, and reduced weight. Offered in Driftwood and Dioptase or Sage Frost and Tatami Green, the ASICS ILARGI FF II marks the third Tabi release in a four-part series for 2026, introducing a progressive dialogue between Kiko Kostadinov and ASICS. Across the year, four distinct Tabi variations will unfold as a special collaboration, with a campaign created by Ryan Trecartin released in episodic acts that mirror the project’s evolving spirit.
