Please observe terms and conditions here below explained. When purchasing or visiting this website you are reminded that you automatically agree to the following terms and condition. Any alternative terms and conditions on the part of the customer shall not apply unless we should confirm these in writing. There are no supplementary agreements.
01 Payment
Our only method of payment is through the Paypal processing system. All sales are considered complete from the moment payment is taken.
02 Duties and Import Taxes
For any delivery destinations outside of the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order. For any delivery destinations within the United Kingdom, all VAT charges will be handled by Kiko Kostadinov LTD and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
03 Shipment

04 Returns
Refunds for returns are only permitted only for full price items. All sale or promotional items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for refunds and/or returns under any and all circumstances.
You may return full price items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Your item must be received back in our hands within an additional 14 days in order to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returning any item. Furthermore, any and all customs and duties costs (if any), as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded.
05 Exchanges
All items are produced in limited quantities and as such, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. We suggest you communicate with our customer service team at shop@kikokostadinov.com prior to committing to any decision in regards to exchanging an item.
06 Defective Merchandise
In the case of items received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receipt at shop@kikokostadinov.com. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our own expense. We reserve the right to request photographic support for any claims of defective merchandise. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
07 Return and Exchange Procedure
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you are required to email us at shop@kikokostadinov.com. Please include your order number, name of the style(s) in question, and the reason for the return request. Once the written request is received and approved, we will reply to your request with written confirmation including the return authorisation number along with the return shipping address. You must clearly label your return shipping package, on the exterior, with your return authorisation number. Once again, please note that you are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) and no return shipping label will be provided.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, a refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Be aware that we reserve the right to decline unauthorised returns and categorically won’t accept any items that have been worn, washed, and/or have been subject to alterations from their original state at time of delivery. In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, we reserve the right to withhold any refund payment and keep the returned merchandise.
